Communications Consent Clause for Card Bazar
When you visit the Card Bazar website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by email, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically-including via RCS-and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Once you register as a Card Bazar user on the Card Bazar platform, and upon placing any order on our website, we shall be entitled to use your registered mobile number to send transaction-related SMS and RCS messages to you, irrespective of DND (Do Not Disturb) services being activated on your mobile. We may also occasionally send promotional SMS and RCS messages to your registered mobile number. By registering, you expressly authorize us to send both transactional and promotional communications, including via RCS, to your registered number, even if the number is registered for DND services.
You acknowledge and agree that these electronic communications, whether sent via email, SMS, or RCS, are considered “in writing” and have the same legal effect as physical documents. You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time by contacting us, but please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to use certain services on the Card Bazar platform.
Card Bazar is based in Delhi, India, and complies with all applicable electronic communication and data protection laws.

RCS (Rich Communication Services) is an advanced messaging protocol that allows us to send you interactive, secure, and media-rich messages, enhancing your communication experience with Card Bazar. By agreeing to this consent, you acknowledge and accept the use of RCS as a communication channel alongside traditional SMS and email.
